Love Doesn’t Always Look Beautiful.
Sometimes they are hidden in rubbish, bloom and grow in dirty places.
As I was watching a video, there was a place called trash town. People lived on rubbish they collect from morning till night. To those who never experienced it, it’s so sad; but to them, it’s their life.
They have to do it in order to live. They even long to send their children to school, some to be a doctor, and to leave the place.
Most of them are Christians but to them, there’s no such thing as decent lives. Sanitation wise, the higher they go, the cleaner supposed to be but the dirtier it is. The lower they go, the harder it is for their sanitation.
To them, love is when they are content with what they do each day. But the truth is, when it’s impossible for man to live this life, God is there manifesting His love. He wants us to display His love even to those unreachable. He came to earth to be like us, even to the point of death. He died for everyone, whoever you are.
They live a humble life and they look happy where they are. Seeing that trash town, I am thankful enough of what I have and a better place to live in. And, seeing those precious souls in the trash town makes it easier for me to love, not to keep and hoard things but to freely give them for free or just put them where these people can get access to. To many, your trash is their treasure. Love is seeing these things and taking action on it. Love blooms and grows in dirty places.
